The intense winter transfer speculation surrounding the promising Franco-Moroccan midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi has been firmly settled. Lille OSC has moved decisively to secure his future, officially announcing a contract extension that will keep the player at the club until 2029.

This new, long-term agreement effectively dashes the immediate prospects of a mid-season departure, a scenario that had been heavily linked with top European clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain. The extension makes a transfer this winter far less probable, likely pushing any potential major move to the summer window, if at all.

Bouaddi's market valuation, currently listed at 30 million euros on the Transfermarkt platform, is widely expected to see a significant increase following this show of commitment from the club.
