Barcelona and Inter Milan scouts ‘watched’ Finn Jeltsch | OneFootball

Sky Germany reports that scouts from Barcelona and Inter Milan were in attendance as VfB Stuttgart faced Viking in the UEFA Champions League last month to watch Finn Jeltsch.

The 20-year-old centre-back has been ever-present for VfB Stuttgart in 2026/27 after breaking into Sebastian Hoeneß’s side last season.

Several unnamed Premier League clubs are also monitoring Jeltsch. He is awaiting a senior Germany debut after being called up to Jürgen Klopp’s 44-man squad.

VfB sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth declined to comment on other clubs’ scouting, but the report said he underlined the defender’s progress at the club and his significant potential.

Jeltsch won the 2025 Fritz Walter Gold medal in the Under-19s category, and is widely viewed as one of Germany’s standout defensive prospects.
