Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has admitted that he is yet to come to a final decision on his plans for Raphinha in the club’s next outing.
Barcelona are of course primed to return to action tomorrow night.
Fresh off a morale-boosting victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League in midweek, the Blaugrana will turn attentions back towards matters on the domestic front, in a La Liga meeting with Leganés.
Amid a hectic recent stretch of fixtures, Hansi Flick has been tipped to rotate his squad for the clash, with the aforementioned Raphinha, in particular, looking in need of a rest.
This comes with the Brazilian having been forced into a premature departure from proceedings at Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday.
Speaking to the media in his latest pre-match press conference on Saturday, the possibility of as much was, in turn, put to the aforementioned Hansi Flick.
And, in his response, Barcelona’s headmaster went on to admit that he is yet to make a call on Raphinha’s status to face Leganés:
“Raphinha resting? Today is his birthday, and honestly I saw him in a very good state, full of positive energy. As for the decision, I will talk to him tomorrow. I haven’t made the decision yet.”
