Barcelona again had to come from behind to beat Real Madrid on the day but went through 8-3 on aggregate.
Barca took an early lead through Mapi Leon but Olga Carmona soon replied from the spot, with Claudia Zornoza giving Real a 2-1 lead on the night soon after the break.
However, the hosts acted to swiftly secure their progress, as Aitana Bonmati, Claudia Pina, Alexia Putellas and Caroline Graham Hansen all scored in an 18-minute spell.
PSG progress after extra-time
Paris Saint Germain needed the extra half-hour to eliminate Bayern Munich, despite extending their first leg lead when Sandy Baltimore’s cross looped in.
Saki Kumagai equalised just two minutes later and it was all square on aggregate when Klara Bühl’s shot deflected in off Lea Schüller.
But Ramona Bachmann came off the bench to score the decider inside the last ten minutes, to the joy of much of the 27,262 crowd at the Parc des Princes.
