The final few days of the summer transfer window appear to be set to be frantic ones at FC Barcelona.
The Catalans are still scrambling to complete their remaining player registrations, and as such, the possibility of a major sale is very much on the table.
Fermin Lopez has emerged as the likeliest candidate to leave, with Chelsea pushing to take him to the Premier League.
Now, according to ESPN, depending on exits, Barcelona are considering the possibility of making a late move for AS Monaco and Brazil right-back Vanderson.

In fact, only earlier this month, the Blaugrana sporting director, Deco, held a meeting with the agent of Vanderson, who also represents his AS Monaco teammate, Caio Henrique.
Barça have Jules Kounde and Eric Garcia competing for their right-back slot currently, but Hansi Flick might need one of them at centre-back following the exit of Inigo Martinez.
Vanderson could, thus, be seen as an option to add more depth and variety in the right-back position.
However, any move for the Brazilian international will largely depend on exits in the final days. Barcelona would need a significant sale in order to have the funds necessary and the Fair play space for the new signing if they do decide to go down that route.
