Despite not having started the season in the best possible way, Fermin Lopez ended up playing a key part in Barcelona’s successful campaign under Hansi Flick.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder finished 2024/25 with a tally of eight goals and ten assists from 46 appearances across all competitions.
A La Masia talent through and through, Fermin made several valuable contributions on the way to Barça’s domestic treble triumph in Flick’s first season.
Given his performances and the competition for places in his position, the Spanish international has been attracting some interest from top clubs across Europe.
However, if a substantial offer were to come along for the attacking midfielder, the La Liga champions would be willing to open the doors for negotiations and listen to the proposal.

The 22-year-old, for his part, has made it clear that he does not wish to leave the Blaugrana an intends to stay put.
“I’m not thinking about leaving or anything like that. “I’m very happy at Barça. It was my dream and I obviously want to stay,“ he said in a recent interview.
There have also been reports suggesting that Barcelona knocked back an offer from Chelsea for their academy gem – a proposal that would have seen Christopher Nkunku move to Catalonia in exchange for Fermin.
However, even though at the moment he is not for sale, should a more lucrative proposal come along for the 22-year-old Spanish international, it appears that the Blaugrana would at least be willing to listen to it and discuss it.
After all, as reported today, Barcelona need to make a major sale in order to be in a position to sign their top target Luis Diaz.
