FC Barcelona’s domestic treble under Hansi Flick will come with financial rewards across the squad and backroom staff.

Following triumphs in La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup, the Blaugrana are set to distribute bonus payments to recognise the achievements of both players and employees.

Bonuses for players and staff

Indeed, according to AS, all Barcelona first-team staff members are set to pocket a total of €30,000 in bonuses following a successful year in Hansi Flick’s debut season.

The staff already received a gross bonus of €10,000 in May as a reward for winning the Super Cup in January, when Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 5-2 in the final held in Saudi Arabia.

An additional €20,000 will be paid out in the June payroll, corresponding to the league and cup double. In total, each staff member will collect €30,000 in bonus payments – an extra income widely considered well-earned.

Meanwhile, player contracts include specific bonus clauses: La Liga and the Champions League carry guaranteed rewards, while the Copa del Rey only triggers a bonus if paired with one of the two major titles – as it was this season.

Barcelona players, who receive their payouts in two instalments per year (December and June), are set to earn between €750,000 and €1,250,000 each in bonuses this June.

With 23 first-team players and the head coach on the books, the total sum in player and manager bonuses will reach approximately €23 million – plus nearly €1 million more allocated for the rest of the first-team staff.
