The next challenge for FC Barcelona will be a trip away to Celta Vigo. A formidable opponent, this is a side that is currently in great form and will definitely not want to lose or draw a game in front of their own supporters.
For that reason, and considering that this is the last game for Barça before the start of the international break, Hansi Flick will likely field a strong lineup for this encounter.
Here is how Barcelona could line up against Celta Vigo.
Expected Line-up:
Goalkeeper: Wojciech Szczesny
Quite possibly the last start for Wojciech Szczesny before Joan Garcia returns, so the Polish goalkeeper should look to make a positive impact here.
Right-back: Eric Garcia
Despite the fact that Eric Garcia will likely have to wear a protective mask to even play this game, it seems likely that he will replace Jules Kounde due to some discomfort that the Frenchman is dealing with. Thus, the €25 million-rated Spaniard, as per Transfermarkt, could start this game.
Centre-back: Ronald Araujo
Still not exactly perfect in terms of commanding and sustaining the team’s high line, but he continues to be a solid defender who can thrive in certain situations for the team.
Centre-back: Pau Cubarsi
After not having started the last two games for Barça, this should now be an opportunity for Cubarsi to start alongside Araujo.
Left-back: Alejandro Balde
Continues to showcase glimpses of his best version, but he needs to be more consistent. However, he does remain Barça’s best left-back option for now.
CDM: Marc Casado
Showcased great intensity recently, and certainly deserves to start this game for Barça as well considering Pedri’s absence.
The Dutchman remains a key part of this system, so it is crucial that he performs in this game and is likely to start as well.

Now clearly getting better and better, the young Spaniard is close to returning to his best version. Considering the way he played against Club Brugge, Barça can expect great things from him going forward.
The Spanish midfielder continues to be a great asset in terms of producing goals and assists. That is the kind of productively Barça need in their offensive structure, so having him at his best is crucial.
While the English forward was unable to have a big impact in the last game, he remains one of Barça’s most productive attackers this season and should be starting this game.
Only got to make a cameo appearance in the previous game, but it might be time for the Polish veteran to start for Barcelona again. However, he will definitely need to be clinical with his chances if he does end up starting.
