Barcelona ready to ‘go for it’ in summer move for €80m Liverpool star | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona have set their sights firmly on the signature of a member of the attacking ranks at Premier League champions Liverpool with a view to next season.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Luis Díaz as the player in question.

Díaz, of course, has been tipped as a potential arrival in Catalunya’s capital for some time now.

Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements out wide, Deco and the Barcelona transfer team are understood to have earmarked the former Porto man as the ideal profile.

To the point that, as alluded to above, a summer assault on his signature is now being prepped by the Blaugrana.

As per a report from Sport:

‘Deco loves Luis Díaz. His price would be close to €80M, and if Fair Play is reached this summer, the intention is to make the qualitative leap and go for it. He would be the reinforcement in attack.’
