PSG have made it clear they’re building for the future under Luís Campos and Luis Enrique, so it’s no shock that the Ligue 1 club continues to be linked with rising stars.
In recent windows, the French side have added young prospects such as João Neves and Désiré Doué. They were also connected to Franco Mastantuono earlier this year, though the Argentine chose to start his European journey with Real Madrid.
Regardless of how these pursuits unfold, PSG are rarely far from the discussion — and their reported interest in another emerging talent from the Americas fits that pattern perfectly.

Arsenal, Manchester City, Barcelona, and Real Madrid are all making offers for Club Tijuana’s 17-year-old standout Gilberto Mora, with PSG no longer in the race for the young midfielder, per SPORT.
SPORT recently revealed that Barcelona have been keeping tabs on Gilberto Mora for quite a while. The promising youngster hasn’t gone unnoticed, with Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Chelsea also showing strong interest in securing his signature.
With Mora not 18 yet, he won’t be able to join any European club right away. As a result, this process of leaving Mexican side Club Tijuana could take a while, meaning clubs could be vying for a position to land this talented player.
