With new signings still not registered and some players sidelined, Barcelona have a lot to worry about. Moreover, with the opening La Liga game against RCD Mallorca right around the corner, Hansi Flick’s squad might not be fully ready just yet.
Fortunately, despite other issues yet to be resolved, one key player has finally returned to group training and has fully recovered from his injury. Moreover, his participation in the game against Mallorca seems more or less guaranteed now.

As highlighted by Mundo Deportivo, the 27-year-old Spanish midfielder made a full return to group training in the latest training session. Moreover, beyond just training at the same rate and speed as his teammates, he was also a part of the winning team in training.
While it remains to be seen if he starts the game or not, his availability is a major boost nonetheless. With him being available, Hansi Flick will have a squad with some extra firepower and versatility at his disposal. Moreover, the report states that the player has now made a full recovery as well.
Unfortunately, one player who is yet to return to training is Robert Lewandowski. The Polish ace remains sidelined with a muscular issue, and his availability for the fast-approaching La Liga opener remains a big doubt.
