Barcelona star handed personal gift after latest international outing | OneFootball

Barcelona star Ferran Torres was the recipient of a personal gift late this week.

This comes after the attacker took to the pitch in the colours of Spain for the latest time.

La Roja were of course back in action yesterday evening, playing host to Georgia in a 2026 World Cup qualifying fixture.

The aforementioned Ferran featured from the off in the fixture, and actually endured something of a night to forget.

En route to a 2-0 Spanish triump, the former Manchester City man did not have his shooting boots on, missing a penalty as well as more than one clear-cut chance in front of goal.

As alluded to above, though, Ferran was nevertheless rewarded for his ongoing efforts on the international front earlier today.

The 25-year-old has now taken to the pitch on 50 occasions in the colours in Spain, therefore handed a special commemorative jersey at La Roja’s training base:
