FC Barcelona are firmly focused on generating income before 30 June, with several operations capable of creating valuable financial room ahead of the summer transfer window.
The club is close to securing €11 million from the sale of Ansu Fati, which will put them in good stead with regard to the 1:1 Financial Fair Play rule heading into the upcoming summer.
That figure could soon be boosted by the likely departure of one of the Catalans’ former talents, on whom they have a future sell-on clause.
Indeed, according to SPORT, former Barcelona defender Sergi Dominguez could leave Dinamo Zagreb this summer, which could lead to a significant windfall for the Blaugrana.

The former La Masia graduate has impressed since joining Dinamo Zagreb back in 2025 in a deal worth €1.2 million.
As per the terms of the agreement, the La Liga champions wisely retained a 20 per cent sell-on clause for any future transfer. That clause now looks set to pay off.
Indeed, as per the report, Lazio are in talks over a move for Dominguez, but Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race for the defender and could drive up the transfer fee significantly.
Lazio submitted an initial offer worth €5 million plus add-ons, but Dinamo Zagreb rejected the proposal and no agreement was reached.

Now, Tottenham have become increasingly active in their pursuit of the young centre-back and have already made direct contact with the Croatian club regarding a possible transfer.
Spurs could be willing to offer as much as €9 million for the defender. If such a deal were completed, Barcelona would receive close to €2 million through their sell-on clause.
Any income generated from Dominguez’s transfer would be an unexpected bonus and could provide a useful boost to the club’s salary cap position, increasing their flexibility as they continue to shape their squad for next season.
