Barcelona’s struggles without Lamine Yamal continued as the Catalans had to share the spoils with Celta Vigo on Saturday.
The Catalans were leading comfortably until the final ten minutes, where Marc Casado’s red card opened the floodgates, with Celta Vigo scoring two back-to-back goals to level the scoring.
This was the second time in a row that Barcelona failed to perform without the services of Yamal, who was ruled out due to discomfort.
Barcelona’s injury is set to continue ahead of their important Champions League clash against Brest on Tuesday.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Yamal has been ruled out for this clash as his discomfort is yet to ease, thus ruling him out of action.

The report adds that the winger is still in pain and has yet to recover from the ankle injury he suffered against Red Star three weeks ago.
Although Barcelona were hopeful of having Yamal back in action for this weekend’s clash against Celta Vigo, it appears his return could get delayed substantially.
Even if Yamal does recover from the pain, coach Hansi Flick is unlikely to take any risks with the Spanish international, especially given the way Barcelona youngsters have struggled with injuries in the past.
Yamal’s absence could be a major blow for Barcelona, who have visibly struggled without the services of the explosive winger out wide.
Flick, therefore, has to manage his resources well and make sure the likes of Raphinha, Dani Olmo and Gavi offer their level best against Brest.
