Barcelona ‘to have’ Kiwior on centre-back shortlist with Bastoni, Schlotterbeck and Senesi

Polish media report that Barcelona are said to have Porto centre-back Kiwior on a shortlist of defensive targets.

The list also features Bastoni of Inter Milan, Schlotterbeck of Borussia Dortmund and Marcos Senesi of Bournemouth.

All are left-footed centre-backs with the ability to help in build-up and playing out from the back.

Any move could be shaped by Barcelona’s need to recruit a striker, a priority that may restrict available funds for defence.

There are currently no negotiations, nor even recent talks, between Porto and Barcelona regarding Kiwior. The defender was an important part of Porto’s national title win.
