Barcelona to make an attempt for Hansi Flick’s ‘dream’ signing this summer | OneFootball

The transfer team at La Liga giants Barcelona are readying an audacious move for Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have on Monday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Musiala, it is claimed, is considered something of a ‘dream’ signing on the part of Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick.

The German oversaw the youngster’s explosion onto the world stage during his time in charge of Bayern Munich, and considers Musiala a perfect fit in his Blaugrana setup.

Deco and co. will have cash to spend in the summer, with an assault on the 21-year-old’s signature therefore being prepped.

Barca are aware that the deal will be an extremely difficult one to pull off, with Bayern having little intention of allowing such a key part of the club’s future to depart.

Not only that, but space will need to be opened up on the Camp Nou wage bill, with Frenkie de Jong the prime candidate to be moved on.

Despite the many obstacles facing them, though, Barcelona will attempt to make the dreams of boss Hansi Flick come true ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
