Barcelona are weighing up a possible move for Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie this summer.
The Mail reports that the Spanish giants recognise that a deal for the 24-year-old will be difficult to pull off, as they look to add to their summer business, having already agreed a deal for Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon.
Arsenal signed Hincapie last summer from Bayer Leverkusen on loan with an option to buy for £45million and a 10 percent sell-on clause. Should they trigger the option, a five year contract is pre-agreed.
Liverpool are pushing for a quick agreement with RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, with the 19-year-old one of their top summer targets, according to Florian Plettenberg.
Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City are also closely monitoring the situation with the Ivorian and have already held talks. However there is still no agreement with any club. Leipzig also want to extend the youngster’s contract.
Elsewhere, Sky Sports are reporting that Crystal Palace want to try and convince both Adam Wharton and Daichi Kamada to stay at the club after their Conference League victory. 29-year-old Kamada’s contract expires at the end of the season, but the club hope they can extend his deal. Wharton has a deal with the Eagles until 2029.
Palace have triggered an option in Jefferson Lerma’s contract to keep him for one more season.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City have started looking at different wingers on the market if Savinho does leave the club this summer, with Tottenham linked with Brazilian once again.
After a move for the 22-year-old did not materialise last summer, Savinho opted to sign a new contract at City in October until 2031. However, the Brazilian would only start 14 matches in all competitions, failing behind Rayan Cherki and January arrival Antoine Semenyo in the City pecking order.
Finally, Ruben Dias is looking for options away from Manchester City, reports CaughtOffside. The City defender has interest from the likes of PSG, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid, who are all closely monitoring his situation.
