Barcelona youngster fit and available for Feyenoord clash | OneFootball

FC Barcelona continued with a perfect record in their La Liga campaign as they beat Valencia 5-0 in their fourth game of the new season. Now, they are set to start another campaign, the UEFA Champions League, with their next match against Feyenoord scheduled for Tuesday.

After playing their last match against Valencia on Sunday, the Blaugranes are not going to have a lot of time to prepare for this game, and thus, the team has been working at the Ciutat Esportiva to ensure they start their UCL campaign with another convincing display.

Hansi Flick was also able to have the defender Eric Garcia in training, after he suffered a blow to his nose and had to be substituted in the first half of the last game. However, he will not be available for the match tomorrow, as he will be serving a one-game suspension.

Another player who trained under the German coach on Monday was the youngster Jesse Bisiwu, and Mundo Deportivo reports that he will be available to Flick for the upcoming game. The newly signed forward was able to play for only 12 minutes in the Copa Catalunya final against Sabadell with the Barcelona reserve team, as he suffered a blow to his foot and had to leave the pitch.

Early impressions suggested a fairly serious injury, but detailed tests showed that this was not the case. His recovery has gone very well in recent days, and the youngster will now have the chance to make his debut in the UCL with the first team on Tuesday against Feyenoord.

However, it remains to be seen whether Flick will give Jesse Bisiwu any minutes in that match, as he already has more than enough options to choose from, with Raphinha, Lamine Yamal, Anthony Gordon, Karim Adeyemi, Gabriel Jesus, and Hamza Abdelkarim all expected to vie for minutes for Barcelona in this upcoming match.
