Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have issued something of a response to Barcelona’s alleged interest in the signing of Harry Kane.
The name of frontman Kane has of course emerged as a prominent one in the media chatter surrounding Barcelona for several weeks now.
This comes amid the understanding that the Englishman has been earmarked as apotential signing for next summer.
With Robert Lewandowski primed to depart upon the expiration of his contract terms, the younger Kane is viewed as the ideal source of guaranteed goalscoring excellence.
If the latest comments on the part of Bayern Munich chief Max Eberl are anything to go by, however, then the Bavarians themselves do not appear overly concerned by such a prospect.
During an interview with Sport BILD (as cited by Mundo Deportivo) on Thursday, Eberl was drawn on the speculation linking Kane with an exit.
And the sporting director went on to assure:
“We will meet with Kane in January 2026 to discuss his future, as we agreed. I’m not too worried about Kane leaving us.”
