Bayern Munich trio Harry Kane, Michael Olise and Luis Díaz registered 170 goal contributions across all competitions in 2025/26, and now the formidable attacking trio are setting the international stage alight.

France’s Olise was the first in action as Didier Deschamps’ side overcame an impressive Senegal. The 24-year-old registered an assist but also created the most chances, earning him the Superior Man of the Match.

Harry Kane then struck twice against Croatia as Thomas Tuchel’s England got their World Cup campaign underway with a strong performance against Croatia, beating Zlatko Dalić’s side 4-2 on Wednesday night.

Joining Olise and Kane in picking up Man of the Match awards was Colombia’s Díaz. After 26 goals and 23 assists in 51 games across all competitions for Germany’s record champions in his maiden season, the 29-year-old shone on his World Cup debut, giving Colombia the lead again in the 65th minute on the way to a 3-1 victory over Uzbekistan.

France are up against Iraq next, while England play Ghana and Colombia face DR Congo.
