The Belgian manager provided an update on Jamal Musiala's condition, after the star suffered a serious injury during the Club World Cup clash against PSG last summer. The coach revealed that the 22-year-old German international is making strong progress in his rehabilitation and is steadily moving closer to a return to the pitch. His recovery is being closely monitored, and the staff remains cautious about setting a date for his full comeback.

"Jamal Musiala is still a bit behind Alphonso (Davies), but everything is going well. He should be able to train with us a few times before Christmas. 2026 could be his year," said the Munich boss. The German international could therefore gradually reintegrate with the squad at the start of next year.
