Bayern youngster included in Senegal's World Cup squad | OneFootball

Bara Sapoko Ndiaye has been included in Senegal's provisional squad for the upcoming World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

The 18-year-old Bayern Munich midfielder was named in the 28-man squad announced by the Senegalese Football Federation on Thursday.

Senegal coach Pape Thiaw will have to cut his squad down to 26 players before the final deadline on June 2.

Ndiaye joined Bayern on loan from Gambinos Stars Africa during the winter transfer window, with the move widely expected to become permanent.

The youngster has made four appearances for Bayern so far and could now make his debut for Senegal on the biggest stage.

Nicolas Jackson, who spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Bayern from Chelsea, is also part of the squad, which you can see in full below.
