The qualification was also celebrated in Paris, especially around the Parc des Princes. However, there were also disturbances, reports Le Parisien.

PSG supporters gathered around the Parc des Princes in Paris on Wednesday to celebrate their club’s qualification for the Champions League final. But the scenes of joy were marred by disturbances that led to a total of 127 arrests, Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez said Thursday morning while appearing on Europe 1. 107 arrests took place in Paris itself, while the rest were made across the greater Paris area. “Obviously, I condemn these disturbances, which unfortunately are becoming commonplace on Paris Saint-Germain victory nights. There were 11 injured, including one person seriously hurt by the use of a firework mortar. Among the police officers, there were 23 minor injuries,” the Interior Minister said.

It is truly sad to see a sporting celebration lead to such incidents. Of course, the passion and joy are understandable. However, certain limits need to be respected. That would help avoid creating a sense of danger around major events. It is also in this way that supporters will regain more freedom. Unfortunately, it only takes a small minority behaving badly to penalize everyone.
