Bednarek scores for Poland and announces he's going to be a dad

Jan Bednarek experienced a particularly special night while playing for the Polish national team. The FC Porto centre-back scored in the 6-0 win over Romania and marked the goal with a celebration that suggested his wife is pregnant.

Following a corner, the defender rose above the Romanian back line and headed the ball into the net, scoring Poland’s fifth goal. He then placed the ball under his shirt, in a tribute to his wife and the baby the couple are expecting.
