Benfica extend 17-year-old box-to-box midfielder Carolina Tristão until 2029 | OneFootball

According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica have agreed a contract extension with 17-year-old box-to-box midfielder Carolina Tristão, keeping her at the club until 2029.

She joined the squad in August 2024 after stints with Sporting de Braga, Leça do Balio and SC Vilar Pinheiro, arriving at Benfica aged 15.

She made her first-team debut in last season’s Supertaça against Torreense.

In 2025/26 she featured in 23 matches for Benfica, contributing one goal and one assist.
