Benfica, FC Porto, Braga and holders Torreense have been drawn together in Série A of the Taça da Liga feminina, with Sporting placed in Série B after Monday’s first-phase draw.

The federation announced that Racing Power complete Série A.

On matchday one, Benfica travel to Braga and Racing Power face FC Porto, while Torreense have a bye.

Série B features Sporting, who also sit out the opener, with Valadares Gaia, Vitória de Guimarães, Rio Ave and Marítimo making up the group.

The competition kicks off on 3 October, when Valadares Gaia host Vitória de Guimarães and Marítimo visit Rio Ave.

Only the 10 top-flight sides take part. The first phase is a single round, with the top two in each group reaching the semi-finals.
