Benfica are keeping a close eye on Estéban Lepaul, and Rennes would only consider talks at around €30 million. According to Glorioso 1904, the French club have set that level as a guide for any negotiation.
The striker finished last season as Ligue one’s top scorer, which has intensified interest across Europe.
Como, coached by Cesc Fàbregas, are among the most interested and have already made contact through sporting director Carlalberto Ludi. Atlético Madrid are also monitoring the situation.
Rennes remain firm, with Lepaul under contract until June 2029, and believe his current standing supports a significant return if a sale occurs.
This season, across Rennes and Angers, Lepaul, valued at €20 million, made 37 competitive appearances, 34 in Ligue one and three in the Coupe de France. In 2,884 minutes he scored 20 goals and provided five assists.
With many clubs seeking to bolster their forward line before the World Cup, the 26-year-old enters the market in strong form.
