According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica, led by Rui Costa, are not looking to sell Anatoliy Trubin and have set an asking price around €50 million.
The Ukrainian international is enjoying a standout season. Interest has surged since he scored in the 4-2 win over Real Madrid.
Keeping him could prove difficult if that momentum continues, and some around the game believe he is ready to take the next step.
Anatoliy Trubin, valued at €28 million, has started 34 official matches this season, 18 in Liga Portugal Bwin, 12 in the Champions League, two in the Taça de Portugal, one in the Taça da Liga and one in the Supertaça. He has played 3,015 minutes and has one goal, scored against Real Madrid.
The price point is designed as a deterrent to potential bidders.
