Benfica unveil 2026/27 home shirt honouring 20 years of Benfica Campus | OneFootball

Benfica and Adidas have unveiled the 2026/27 home shirt, a special edition marking 20 years of the Benfica Campus in Seixal, a pillar of the club’s youth development strategy.

According to Glorioso 1904, the design pays tribute to the academy credited with shaping the club’s identity and developing players who have influenced national and international football over the past two decades.

Inspired by the architecture of one Campus building, the shirt features geometric lines and discreet patterns that echo the site’s structure.

These elements are intended to reflect successive generations from Seixal, signalling continuity and evolution, while red remains the dominant colour in a classic look tied to the club’s identity.

The shirt incorporates adidas Aeroready technology, a moisture management system designed to boost comfort and performance during high-intensity work, helping players stay dry.

A launch film focuses on the Campus and its role in shaping Benfica’s identity, capturing training, social spaces and interactions across the pathway. Academy and first-team players appear together to underline the project’s continuity, and the campaign ends with a line that Benfica is built rather than explained.
