According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica’s €17m summer signing Jakub Kaminski will miss training for more than two weeks as he joins up with Poland. He is among Jan Urban’s selections.

Before the break, Benfica visit Porto on Sunday, 20 September. The Clássico, part of the seventh round of Liga Portugal Betclic, kicks off at 20:30 at Estádio do Dragão against Francesco Farioli’s team. Porto duo Jakub Kiwior and Jan Bednarek are also in Urban’s plans, and will be on the opposite side in the Clássico.

Kaminski’s call-up came two days after he impressed at San Siro, scoring and assisting in Benfica’s 2-0 win over Milan.

The Poland international has one goal and two assists in 317 minutes across seven appearances for Benfica this season. He has acknowledged he was not yet at his best.

Poland host Bosnia on 25 September, then visit Sweden three days later. They return home to face Romania on 2 October, before ending the first international break in Zenica on 5 October.
