Besiktas president Serdar Adali says Benfica’s formal offer for Rafa Silva has been rejected, with the Istanbul club seeking seven million euros.
"Benfica offered five million, but we have no chance of accepting that proposal," he told Record.
"Rafa Silva is on the list of players to leave. If we receive what we want, Rafa Silva will play for Benfica."
"If we do not receive what we want, he will stay here and continue his life as our player."
This season for Besiktas, Rafa Silva, valued at five million euros, has made 16 appearances. That includes 10 in the Turkish league, four in the Europa Conference League and two in Europa League qualifying, across 1,360 minutes, with five goals and three assists.
