Bianca Reis leaves role as Vasco SAF legal director | OneFootball

Bianca Reis has left her role as legal director of Vasco’s SAF, formalising her departure on Tuesday. She had been in post since September 2024.

Her contract expired and, by mutual agreement, it was not renewed. Colina 1927 first reported her departure.

Behind the scenes, the change was considered natural. Reis was close to former legal vice-president Felipe Carregal, who was dismissed last month, and had already signalled to the SAF hierarchy that she wished to step away.

It is understood internally that she became exposed after the exits of Carregal and other administrative directors. A recent episode added to the pressure, when José Lamacchia, father of investor Marcos Lamacchia, said Carregal had asked for roles for him and for Reis in a prospective new Vasco SAF.

Carregal denied having sought any position for himself or for Reis.

Reis specialises in civil liability, civil procedure and football management, and is studying sports law at postgraduate level. She sits on the OAB/RJ Council and its sports law, women’s, procedural celerity and prerogatives committees.
