Birmingham City beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 at Hillsborough, climbing from 14th to 13th in the Championship thanks to late goals from Marvin Ducksch and substitute Kyogo Furuhashi.

Marvin Ducksch broke the deadlock in the 83rd minute, converting after Jay Stansfield's pass.
