According to Sky Germany, El Chadaille Bitshiabu is unhappy with his situation at RB Leipzig.

The 20-year-old has struggled for minutes this season. He made three appearances while Castello Lukeba was injured, then returned to the bench as Ole Werner used Nicolas Seiwald out of position in central defence, which has reportedly increased his frustration.

Leipzig are said to have blocked Bayer Leverkusen’s winter interest, although Bitshiabu was open to leaving.

Unless his situation changes, he could push for a summer move. The Daily Mail names Manchester United and AFC Bournemouth among potential suitors.

Bitshiabu is under contract in Leipzig until the summer of 2029.
