Tottenham Hotspur continue to find themselves in the spotlight as pressure mounts on manager Ange Postecoglou.
With increasing speculation surrounding his future, Spurs have been linked to various potential managerial replacements in recent days.
In addition to these developments, three Spurs players have returned to training, and unfortunately, a key midfielder suffered an injury during a session, adding to the club's ongoing challenges.
Although it remains uncertain whether Tottenham will part ways with Postecoglou, reports suggest the club is already preparing a list of managerial candidates.
As of now, it seems Spurs are seriously considering names from across the Premier League, but recent developments have brought a setback to their plans.

Tottenham’s pursuit of a managerial replacement has encountered a setback, particularly in their interest in a coach from a rival London club.
The Daily Mail recently reported that Fulham’s Marco Silva had emerged as a potential candidate for the Spurs hot seat.
However, Fulham are reportedly "confident" that Tottenham will not be able to secure Silva’s services. The reason for their confidence? Silva is protected by a release clause worth £8 million, a figure Tottenham are unlikely to pay.
This clause could prove to be a significant hurdle for Spurs, as Fulham believe it will deter both Tottenham and other interested clubs from pursuing their head coach.
Meanwhile, Tottenham’s focus remains on a shortlist of managers, which also includes Edin Terzic, Thomas Frank, and Andoni Iraola.
While these names are all solid options, none are seen as particularly high-profile, leaving many to wonder whether Spurs might look for a more exciting option if a more renowned manager becomes available.
For now, Tottenham’s search for a new manager continues, but Silva’s release clause and the club’s limited options could delay any significant decisions in the near future.
Ange Postecoglou’s tenure at Tottenham has raised many questions, especially during the 2024-2025 season. In the Premier League, the team has played 22 matches, securing 7 wins, 3 draws, and suffering 12 losses, earning just 24 points.
In the Europa League, Tottenham played 6 matches, achieving 3 wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss, which falls short of the expectations for a club of Tottenham’s stature, earning 11 points in total.
Meanwhile, in the Carabao Cup, Tottenham performed well, winning all 4 matches played. The FA Cup saw a single victory in the one match contested.
