Boca supporters are set to travel in numbers to Córdoba for the Copa Argentina last 16 against Vélez Sarsfield at the Mario Alberto Kempes, with a detailed security and access plan in place. According to LaNumer12.com.ar, the Xeneize end will have dedicated routes and controls.
The round of 16 tie is scheduled for Wednesday 2 September at 21:15, with an extensive logistical and preventive operation coordinated by CO.SE.DE.PRO. in the province.
Security checks will take place around the stadium, on access routes into the province and in authorised parking zones from 17:00. Around 1,200 personnel will be deployed, including local police, the Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico, firefighters and staff from the organisers.
Gates open at 18:15, three hours before kick off, and fans are urged to arrive early. Entry requires a physical DNI alongside the corresponding ticket under the Tribuna Segura programme.
To aid direct travel, special buses will run continuously from Plaza Intendencia to Parque Kempes Norte from 18:30, a municipal service designed to move supporters safely to the assigned end.
Boca’s allocation has specific gates. Platea Gasparini will enter via Portones 3 Bis and 4, Popular Willington through Portones 2, 3 and Auxiliar Norte, and Platea Ardiles Norte via Portón 2 Bis.
