Stadium investments carry a subtotal of $15,432,000,000 pesos, prioritising an increase in capacity at the Alberto J. Armando. The club projects a surplus of more than $3,402 million pesos, with no need to factor in player sales.

The Plan integral de ampliación y mejoras etapa 1 will receive $11,200,000,000 pesos. This opening phase will lay the foundations for a masterplan that includes a new fourth tier and lift towers.

The budget also provides for essential complementary works, including interior interventions worth $1,440 million pesos, the second stage of the Platea L and upgrades to commercial and access areas such as the Hard Rock store and the Hall de Ingreso.
