Boca release Alexis Peralta as goalkeeper signs for Deportivo Español

Boca have released teenage goalkeeper Alexis Peralta, born on 28 November 2005, who has signed his first professional contract with Deportivo Español, who play in Primera C.

According to LaNumer12.com.ar, he will not continue at the Xeneize after the club did not present a contract before the December deadline for players from the 2005 category.

Peralta joined at the start of this year from Estudiantes de La Plata. He did not play for the reserves, instead making four outings in the fourth division and saving a penalty against Godoy Cruz in September.

He left as a free agent and Deportivo Español are backing his potential in goal.

Meanwhile, manager Marcelo Delgado is working to secure the first signing of the window. Talks for Marino Hinestroza have dragged on and the Colombian’s arrival is not yet assured.
