Boca to open 2026 Apertura at home to Deportivo Riestra | OneFootball

According to LaNumer12.com.ar, the Liga Profesional de Fútbol has released the Torneo Apertura 2026 schedule, with Boca Juniors to start at home against Deportivo Riestra on the weekend of Sunday 25 January.

The match will be the club’s first official game of the year. The specific day and kick-off time are yet to be set, though Sunday afternoon or evening is described as most likely. Boca are placed in Zone A.

After Riestra, they visit Estudiantes in the week of 28 January and host Newell's the weekend of one February. They then travel to Vélez on the weekend of eight February and welcome Platense on 15 February, before the interzonal against Racing at home on 22 February. Lanús away follows in the week of 25 February.

Gimnasia de Mendoza at home the weekend of one March is followed by a trip to Central Córdoba on eight March. San Lorenzo visit in the week of 11 March.

Unión away is scheduled for the weekend of 15 March, followed by Instituto at home on 22 March. Talleres away falls on the weekend of five April and Independiente at home on 12 April.

The interzonal against River is away on the weekend of 19 April. They then visit Defensa y Justicia on the weekend of 26 April.
