Sacha Boey remains on FC Bayern’s list of players available for transfer. Several clubs are reportedly keeping an eye on the right back, but no transfer has materialized so far. It has now been revealed what transfer fee the Munich club is seeking for the French player.

For FC Bayern, streamlining the roster remains one of the top priorities in the final weeks of the transfer window. While the signings of Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari were finalized early on, finding buyers for some of the players on the transfer list has proven to be significantly more difficult.

Among the most prominent names is Sacha Boey. The right-back has never been able to establish himself on a consistent basis since his move from Galatasaray and apparently no longer plays a central role in the record champions’ plans.

Bayern Sticks to Its Asking Price

As reported on the BILD podcast “Bayern Insider,” FC Bayern officials are asking for around 15 million euros for the 24-year-old.

Several Premier League clubs are reportedly still monitoring Boey. However, a concrete breakthrough in the negotiations has yet to materialize. So far, the Munich club does not seem willing to budge on its asking price.

Boey moved from Galatasaray to Munich in the winter of 2024 for around 30 million euros. Should the Frenchman actually leave the club for 15 million euros, Bayern would have to absorb a significant loss compared to the original transfer fee.

This places Boey among a group of players whose sales are currently causing headaches for club officials. João Palhinha and Bryan Zaragoza are also on the list of players to be sold, but so far, no solution has been found for any of the three players.

For sporting director Max Eberl, player departures thus remain one of the biggest challenges of this summer’s transfer window. If the planned sales go through, FC Bayern would not only free up salary cap space but also gain additional financial flexibility for the future.
