Jonathan Rowe (22) has been a candidate for a departure at Olympique de Marseille all summer. The likelihood of a move away from the Vélodrome has drastically increased since the weekend. On Friday, the England youth international was involved in a violent bust-up with Adrien Rabiot in the OM dressing room, following the defeat to Stade Rennais.
Both players were suspended on Monday, and on Tuesday, a more serious measure was taken as Marseille announced that both players had been transfer-listed. However, OM still want good money for the pair. The price tag for Rabiot is set at €15m, and for Rowe, the asking price is €20m, as per Foot Mercato.
Bologna hold a strong interest in bringing Rowe to the club. As per Foot Mercato, the Serie A side have found an agreement with the Englishman on personal terms. Bologna have also submitted an offer to OM, and talks between the two clubs are ongoing.
