Bologna ‘to target’ Prpic as Lucumi replacement, loan with option mooted | OneFootball

Tuttomercato reports that Bologna are seeking a centre-back to cover Lucumi, with Prpic the favoured option.

Italian reports add the plan would be a loan with a purchase option, valued between four and eight million euros. O Jogo understands Porto have not received any contact from Bologna, though they have turned down other loan proposals.

Prpic has yet to feature for Farioli’s first team this season, appearing only for Porto B, and could now move to Italy.

He cost Porto around eight million euros and the club are understood to have opened talks with Diogo Leite after his Union Berlin contract expired.

Juan Cabal of Juventus and Nathan Gassama of Baltika Kaliningrad are also being considered.
