Victor Boniface will become a Milan player from Bayer Leverkusen unless he doesn’t pass his medical.
The Rossoneri have been looking for a new striker all summer and after being linked with Dušan Vlahović of Juventus and Rasmus Højlund of Manchester United, an opportunity arrived and was taken to sign Victor Boniface.
As reported by Milannews.it, Matteo Moretto and others, the 24-year-old is set to join the Diavolo on loan for €5m with an option to buy for €25m. An agreement on the contract has also been agreed on the basis of a 1+4 years.
Moretto reports that Boniface is expected to undergo his Milan medical today (Friday). This is the last step before the deal can be fully concluded. Victor has an unfortunate history of injuries, but Milan will hope that he can stay healthy and bring his best to San Siro in the upcoming season.
With Noah Okafor gone and Samuel Chukwueze possibly leaving as well, Milan could sign another striker in addition to Boniface. The Nigerian international spent 2 seasons in Germany, scoring 31 goals in 61 games.
