The FC Bayern team celebrated their 3-2 victory in the classic against Borussia Dortmund with an exuberant dressing room party. A player from the competition was also briefly a guest in the Munich dressing room

With a late volley, Joshua Kimmich secured an important three points for FC Bayern and thus ensured a preliminary decision in the battle for the German championship. Reason enough for the Bayern stars to turn up the music in the dressing room

The Munich players let it rip after the game to songs such as „Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?“ by Rod Stewart, as could be heard in the background during Aleksandar Pavlović’s Sky interview. The Munich six-man commented: „It’s definitely a very good atmosphere! Everyone is happy about the win, including me personally. It was a very important game and a very important win. We’re very happy about it.“

However, Pavlovic also knows that the triumph in Dortmund was no walk in the park: „The first half wasn’t easy. I think everyone saw that. We had difficulties creating scoring chances. That worked out much better in the second half.“

Felix Nmecha spotted in the Bayern dressing room

Bayern’s dressing room party was not a purely internal event, however. Felix Nmecha, a Dortmund player, was also briefly a guest of the German record champions. However, the BVB star was rather reserved on the Sky microphone when it came to his reasons for visiting his Munich rivals

„I have friends there,“ was his explanation for the short trip to FC Bayern, who are now eleven points ahead of BVB. Instead, he was annoyed about the defeat. „It’s annoying that we lost the game, but they pretty much controlled it. We gave everything. I’m proud of our team. Let’s move on,“ summed up the German international, who could potentially form the double six with Pavlovic at the upcoming World Cup in the summer.
