Lazio could yet lose Christos Mandas in the coming weeks, with Bournemouth intensifying their move for the Greek goalkeeper amid Premier League interest.

According to Football Italia, the Cherries have submitted a loan offer that carries a purchase option worth between €20m and €22m.

Lazio want any exit to include an obligation to buy rather than a simple option.

With Ivan Provedel established as first choice, the club are open to cashing in, but only if the terms protect Mandas’s long-term value.

A reshuffle behind the scenes is already being mapped out. Nicola Leali has been lined up as potential deputy to Provedel and could become available after Genoa completed the signing of Justin Bijlow from Feyenoord.
