Bournemouth host Manchester City on Tuesday, aiming to secure a historic European qualification spot.
Andoni Iraola takes charge of his final home match at the Vitality Stadium during a path-breaking campaign. The high-flying Cherries occupy sixth place, sitting just four points behind fifth-placed Liverpool.
They look to extend a sensational 16-game unbeaten streak — the longest in the division this term. A famous 2-1 victory over City in this exact fixture last season will also fuel belief that another upset is possible tonight. Victory would also officially crown Arsenal as Premier League champions.
Ryan Christie begins a costly three-match suspension following his red card against Fulham last weekend. Tyler Adams looks set to anchor the engine room in his absence, with Lewis Cook providing an alternative option after returning to training from a thigh injury.
Cook, however, lacks match sharpness and is likely to start on the bench. Right-back Alex Jimenez remains suspended by the club pending an ongoing social media investigation. Adam Smith will continue at right-back alongside James Hill, Marcos Senesi and Adrien Truffert. Eli Kroupi will operate in the number ten role to provide creative spark.
Up front, teenage winger Rayan targets a piece of history, having scored in three consecutive matches. A goal tonight would see him join Robbie Fowler and Nicolas Anelka by scoring in four straight teenage appearances.
Bournemouth predicted XI: Petrovic; Smith, Hill, Senesi, Truffert; Adams, Scott; Rayan, Kroupi, Tavernier; Evanilson.
The Premier League match at the Vitality Stadium kicks off at 19:30 BST on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.
