MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Boy´s Under-15 Championship will conclude on Sunday with the Final and Third Place Match in League A at the FCRF Federation Fields in Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Costa Rica vs. Panama

League A hosts Costa Rica and Panama meet in the Third Place Match.

Costa Rica will look to win the match to secure its best finish yet in a U-15 Championship.

Panama will eye a second third place finish after winning the Third Place Match in 2017. Captain Alfredo Maduro has scored six goals so far and leads the way in the tournament.

Final

Mexico vs. United States

Mexico and reigning champions United States will face off in the Final in an encounter that presents a rematch of the decisive bout in the 2023 edition.

Mexico arrives at its third final in search of a second title after lifting the cup in 2017. El Tricolor earned its spot in the final with a 2-1 win over League A hosts Costa Rica powered by goals from Da’vian Kimbrough and Paxon Ruffin. Kimbrough has been Mexico’s leading scorer so far in the tournament with five goals.

United States enters the final with the chance of clinching back-to-back U-15 Championship titles after claiming winning honors in 2023. The Stars and Stripes advanced to the Final with a 6-5 win in penalties against Panama after a hard-fought 2-2 draw in regulation.

Nicollo Vafiades bagged a brace in the match, followed by goalkeeper Emmanuel Arias making a crucial save and Olatimoni Gbalajobi converting the winning penalty in the shootout.
