Boys’ Youth Sector: Management structure finalised | OneFootball

The 2025/26 season for the Bianconeri’s Youth Sector has just drawn to a close on a highly positive note, thanks to the Under-16 Boys’ league title and the Under-17 Girls’ league title won just a few days ago, but the 2026/27 season is already just around the corner and the world of Juventus Youth is gearing up, starting with the finalisation of the management structure.

Claudio Chiellini has extended his contract until 30 June, 2028 as Head of the Next Gen Area, whilst also broadening his remit.

In addition to the Next Gen programme, Chiellini will also oversee the Under-20 and Under-18 teams, with a view to further integrating and developing the growth pathway for Juventus’ young talents.

His role is central to the consolidation of a technical and organisational structure capable of supporting the young players at every stage of their journey, fostering continuity, identity and progressive preparation for professional football.

Massimiliano Scaglia’s tenure also continues, having renewed his contract as Head of the Academy until 30 June, 2028, leading the division that encompasses teams from the Under-17s to the Under-7s.

Davide Bellotto will continue to work alongside him, having been confirmed in the role of Youth U13 to U7 Manager until 30 June, 2028, supporting the development of the youth sector and the growth of the youngest players.

The establishment of this new structure confirms the Club’s commitment to investing wholeheartedly in the Youth Sector, prioritising expertise, continuity and vision in an area that is fundamental to both the present and the future of Juventus.
