Bracket taking shape: how the World Cup round of 32 stands today

The round of 32 of the World Cup is already starting to take shape, with several teams qualified and some matchups confirmed. Among the teams that have already secured their place in the first knockout round are Argentina, France, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, and the United States, among others.

The matchups will be played between June 28 and July 3 among the 24 teams that qualified directly from the group stage, plus the eight best third-placed teams.
