Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite is set for surgery with the player still yet to feature this season.
The 23-year-old is currently recovering from a hamstring injury but the club have now decided surgery is the best option for the 23-year-old.

Branthwaite, who signed a new contract with the Toffees during the summer, is set for 'months' out according to journalist Paul Joyce of The Times.
Guaranteeing Branthwaite's future at the club was a big priority for Everton, with Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Tottenham Hotspur among the clubs linked with the England international.
In total, the defender has featured 86 times for the Merseyside club, scoring four times.
